With the wrap-up of UFC 305, Dana White and Co. are back with another Fight Night event this weekend, UFC Vegas 96. Headlined by Caio Borralho and Jared Cannonier, an exciting card will be up for a show that promises to give fans guaranteed action. This begs the question of how much will the fighters take home with many credible contenders competing this weekend.
The UFC is getting out of the Apex altogether, but we’re not out of that venue just yet. Nevertheless, Jared Cannonier and Caio Borralho have shown no signs of disappointment as they agreed to the main event of the card. Hence, let’s have a look at the possible payouts for their fight in Las Vegas.

Caio Borralho has been nothing less than outstanding ever since he debuted in the UFC. With just a single loss in his MMA career, ‘The Natural’ has been on a rampage with an undefeated streak. He’s yet to bite the dust in the promotion. Having given fans amazing finishes and dominant performances, Borralho has been able to make sums of more than $100,000 in his last few fights.

Hence, we can estimate that the Brazilian could take home a payout around the range of $100,000-150,000 at UFC Vegas 96 against Jared Cannonier. For ‘The Killa Gorilla’, the pay has also been around the range of $200,000-400,000. His top three paydays, according to reports, were $282,000 when fought Israel Adesanya, $261,000 when he fought ex-UFC fighter Derek Brunson, and $191,000 when he took on Kelvin Gastelum. However, some also claim that Cannonier might have pocketed around $400,000 against Sean Strickland.
So what these details give us is an estimate that Jared Cannonier is probably going to earn a sum, which could go up to $300,000. But what about others? Let’s have a look at their estimated purses for this weekend as well.

How much are other fighters earning?
The other most anticipated matchup, other than the main event, is Angela Hill‘s bout against Tabatha Ricci. The 17-13 veteran has had a bumpy ride in the UFC, but she has been able to find her proper footing in her last five fights, registering four wins. Reports claim that Hill’s base salary is around $70,000 and when she defeated Lupita Godinez, she banked $190,000, which was more than the other fighters in the main event.
Hence, there is a chance that Angela Hill will make something around that range in her upcoming fight. On the other hand, Tabatha Ricci’s payout details are not as public as some of the fighters. So we can’t estimate how much she could take home after the fight. Meanwhile, another top contender’s match will take place in the welterweight between Neil Magny and Michael Morales.

Neil Magny is a veteran in the game and has earned as high as $311,000 when he fought Mike Malott. So that gives us an estimation of his probable payout being in the $250,000-350,000. Meanwhile, reports about Michael Morales’s career earnings are estimated to be below $100,000, so we cannot be sure what the 25-year-old will earn this weekend at UFC Vegas 96.
