UFC Vegas 70 brought a nation together as people flocked to a stadium to witness their fighter, Nurullo Aliev, make his UFC debut. The Tajikistani fighter didn’t disappoint either, as he picked up a win in his very first promotional fight. In addition, the lightweight fighter, after putting in a remarkable display, triumphed over Rafael Alves on Saturday night in the preliminary card opener. The fighter faced a point deduction due to a biting incident. The deduction, however, didn’t have a major impact on the scorecards. Starting his career with a banger of performance, the ‘Tajik Eagle’ exhibited the skills to be a ranked fighter in the division. Moreover, he has set his eyes on the next prize, the self-proclaimed UFC cash cow, Paddy Pimblett.
