Knockdown Avg. per 15 Min.

As of 2025, Drew McFredries reigns supreme with the all-time UFC record for Knockdown Average per minute of 15 minutes. With a jaw-dropping 4.27 knockdowns per 15 minutes, ‘The Massacre’ literally massacred his opponents in the middleweight division. However, his career record is at most average as a fighter held a record of 12 victories and seven defeats. Regardless, even though his UFC career was limited, he left an undeniable mark that has been left untouched for years.

Enter Tom Aspinall, the heavyweight boogeyman, who has been a terrifying force. With a career record of 15 victories and 3 defeats, the Brit fighter has a blistering 4.09 knockdowns per 15 minutes, inching closer to McFredirs’s record. His rumored battle against Jon Jones in 2025 could see him ultimately breaking the record. Interstingly, the heavy-hitting Brit is closing in fast, and McFedries’ record could be nothing more than a stepping stone in Aspinall’s quest for UFC supremacy.

Takedowns Landed

Arguably one of the biggest MMA stars of all time Georges St-Pierre holds the record of 90 takedowns in UFC history. The former dual-weight champion has left the UFC stage for quite some time now but his record still stands straight like a lion amongst his other achievements. However, this record might be on the brink of damage as firebrand fighter Merab Dvalishvili is quickly closing the gap. The bantamweight champion currently holds the record of 85 takedowns landed record to his name.

In his upcoming showdown at UFC 311 against Umar Nurmagomedov, ‘The Machine’ could take a take step further in his career and score the golden egg by breaking the record for himself. Merab Dvalishvili is known for his aggressive wrestling skills and this could mean that the fighter would most probably be using it against his nemesis. Another interesting fact about the event is that if Dvalishvili breaks ‘GSP’s record then he would also be breaking another record set by the Canadian fighter, which is takedowns landed in title fights at 69.

Submission Attempts

With a career record of 38 victories and 18 defeats, Jim Miller is a man who has been with the promotion for a long time. It could be stated that ‘A-10’ was the perfect gatekeeper for the lightweight division. In addition to being one of the longest-reigning fighters, Miller has a record of staggering 49 submission attempts to his name. Well, ‘A-10’ has the advantage of more fights but here comes the Brazilian submission king, Charles Oliveira, all set to break Miller’s record.

Do not blink, otherwise, ‘Do Bronx’ will submit you in a matter of seconds, with a staggering 46 submission attempts in all of his fights, Charles Oliveira is close to beating Miller’s record of most submission attempts. It must be noted that the former lightweight champion tries at least three to four submission attempts in ever bout. In addition, the fighter may be on the verge of becoming the fighter with the highest submission attempt in UFC lightweight history as well.

Most Decision Wins

Neil Magny currently stands at the top of the decision victory pedestal, with a record of 14 decision victories to his name, Magny has a record built on relentless pressure, ironclad cardio, and the ability to grind out victories against some of the toughest in the division. Even though the American fighter has been going through a rough phase of his career, his record stands at the top but another man within his division is looking forward to changing that as well.

Enter, Belal Muhammad, the welterweight champion with 13 decision victories to his name, ‘Remember The Name’ is inching toward breaking Neil Magny’s record of highest decision wins. The champion might face Shavkat Rakhmonov next year and if he defeats the finishing artist, then the fighter might break Magny’s record but wait, it could also happen that ‘The Haitian Sensation’ fights more this year, wins fights by decision, and keeps the record to himself.

Longest Winning Streak

Who holds the longest winning streak in UFC history, you might ask? Well, it is none other than ‘The Spider’, Anderson Silva. The former middleweight champion of the UFC boasted a career record of 34 victories and just 11 defeats. Out of those 34 victories, 17 were consecutive wins under the promotion. The former boogeyman of the middleweight division was such a force to reckon with that he also had another record to his name: the record for the longest title reign in UFC history, reigning as the middleweight champion for 2,457 days.
