Fighting against Marcin Tybura, ‘Honey Badger’ showcased quite an impressive performance. No wonder he got a massive paycheck of $375,000 at UFC London. But entering UFC 295 to fight Sergei Pavlovich, Aspinall was offered a base salary of half a million dollars. Along with the pay-per-view bonuses and the brand endorsements, the UFC interim heavyweight champion walked out with his wallet thicker by an estimated total of $632 thousand.

Judging from his previous paychecks, we can expect ‘Honey Badger’ to earn another $500 thousand for showing up to fight Blaydes. In case he wins and successfully defends his interim belt, he will receive a massive cheque for a win bonus. Summing up the amount for PPV bonuses and brand sponsorships, the total amount might just be the heavyweight fighter’s biggest payday.

If you have been following Aspinall and Blaydes for a long time, you know how their previous fight turned out. Within just a few seconds of the bout, Aspinall fell down in pain. It was diagnosed as ACL and MCL injury and the fight was decided in favor of Blaydes. This was the only loss that Aspinall faced in his UFC career. Now, as he gets another chance to fight ‘Razor’, things are sure to get interesting, don’t you think?

Curtis Blaydes’ salary for fighting Tom Aspinall at UFC 304

Back when ‘Razor’ fought Jailton Almeida at UFC 299, he had a base salary of $150 thousand. To top it off, he also got a massive win bonus of the same value. But that’s not the only bonus that the UFC head honcho rewarded Blayded with. He also received a hefty Performance of the Night bonus of $50 thousand. Together with the sponsorship money, the Chicago resident earned his career-highest paycheck worth $366,000 from fighting Almeida.

As Blaydes gets ready to take on the interim heavyweight champion at UFC 304, it can be expected that he will earn $150 thousand just to show up. And if he wins, the amount can go as high as $300 thousand. Chip in any bonuses, and the amount will be even higher.

Did you know, the title fight money was the only thing that prevented Blaydes from complaining about the controversial timings for UFC Manchester? Well, talking at the UFC Denver press conference, ‘Razor’ claimed that it didn’t matter if he was fighting at 4:00 in the morning, as long as he was getting the title with purse money. This is proof that the fighters’ wallets will be a lot thicker at the event.
