Sean Strickland got the biggest win of his professional MMA career at UFC Vegas 47. Though it appeared Strickland was in control of the whole fight, he defeated the number 6 ranked MW, Jack Hermansson, via split decision (49-46, 47-48, 49-46) and clinched his sixth win in a row.
Over the course of his six-fight run, he has emerged as a fan favorite. However, during the post-fight press conference, Strickland lashed out at the fans and their fickle behavior.

‘Tarzan’, when asked about the newly found fan attention, said, “Here’s the thing about the fans, you guys are cancerous, little f**king a**holes, and the moment I lose, I’m a piece of sh*t and a loser. I guarantee I’m gonna get Sean is a loser, he didn’t finish Jack, but at the end of the day, I still f**king love you guys, you’re the reason why I get the job.”

Sean Strickland made his UFC debut in 2014, but could never get on a run until his last six fights. With success in the cage, he became vocal on social media and revealed the reason behind the same ahead of UFC Fight Night: Hermansson vs Strickland.
Strickland said, “You know what it is, it’s like, I’m getting to a point where I could say sh*t and not get cut from the UFC. So before, it’s like, oh man I wasn’t good and I couldn’t say sh*t because Dana White would be like, hey go f**k that white trash motherf**ker get him out of here.”

“But now, since I’m getting a little bit more like, you know, fan base, people wanna watch me fight, I could say a lot more offensive sh*t, so it’s nice.”
However, Dana White has always expressed that the UFC fighters are free to say anything, and the UFC does not censor them.
