UFC CEO Dana White, during his interview at the Pat McAfee show, cleared the air surrounding his role with the UFC. The 52-year-old has helped transform the UFC into a massive company and single-handedly helped it grow. Now, with their current partnership, White still has the same enthusiasm to work with. However, he clarifies that he still does the things he loves the most.

During the interview, he said: “I get there at 8.30 in the morning i leave at 7.00. Well, no, no no I mean in the earlier days when we first started, you know I was in budget meetings three times a week. I don’t go near budget meetings anymore. I do the stuff that I still love to do. I do the fun stuff.”

The merger has gathered a lot of attention lately from the fans after Dwayne Johnson was added to the Board of directors. Josh ‘ The Punk’ Thompson sat for a chat with Big John McCarthy on a recent YouTube video. During the chat, Thompson felt that the deal with ” The Rock,” makes a lot of sense. During the interview, ‘ The Punk ‘ said: “When I look into this. This is one of those moves I think financially it makes sense for him. I believe they paid him $30 million to uh in shares. I think this is what they said. And now he’s also gets a spot on the board and it makes sense. He’s been attached to the UFC for a while with their clothing line or their shoe brand. I believe his shoe brand. So there’s a lot of reasons on why he should do it, you know.”

Johnson is not only a huge Hollywood star but also one of the biggest wrestlers in the history. His partnership with the UFC dates back to the year 2019, where he was called upon to crown the first BMF champion. However, he is yet to make any appearance apart from that.
