Dana White is not happy with the event security

The ever-famous brawl between Sean Strickland and Dricus Du Plessis in the stands at UFC 296 stands out as one of the most unexpected fights. Their brawl put the UFC head honcho, Dana White, in a peculiar position as he was grilled by the MMA community about the security standards at UFC events. White expected nothing like that to happen again in the UFC but seems like he was wrong.

UFC Mexico City saw a brawl outside the octagon which has again put White in a peculiar position. At the post-fight presser, White was inquired by the media about the preparedness of the security. He continued, “The crazy thing about that fight is when that fight broke out and felt like it would keep going on forever, so I ran over there, and I was watching it, but nobody stopped it. I mean, I was waiting for the security to come; they just let him go till it was over. That’s one of the craziest things I have ever seen. I don’t think it’s a bad look for the UFC; it happened, and you know, that was the end of that.”
