At UFC London in March, Aspinall took on the Russian heavyweight fighter Alexander Volkov in the main event. The 29-year-old looked pretty confident going into the fight.
Aspinall took only 3:45 minutes of the first round to submit the ‘Drago’ via a straight armbar. He also won the ‘Performance of the Night’ bonus for this victory in his home country.

With this victory, Aspinall became the fastest fighter to finish five UFC wins in the least time. The Brit fighter took only a total of 14 minutes and 24 seconds to finish five consecutive UFC bouts.
Previously, the record was held by one of the pioneers of women fighting and former UFC champion Ronda Rousey. She took only 17 minutes and 23 seconds to finish her five consecutive UFC fights. That means Aspinall beat Rousey by 3 minutes and 1 second to become the fastest UFC fighter to finish five fights in a row.
With this win, the 29-year-old improved his undefeated UFC record to five wins. He will return to action this weekend to further his undefeated run in the promotion.

However, ‘Razor’ is one of the finest heavyweights in the promotion. He is currently on a two-fight win streak. Blaydes won’t be a walk in the park for Aspinall. But a win in this fight will take him closer to the title.
