Are you ready for another night of exciting clashes at the ‘UFC Apex? On August 24, the promotion will feature a clash between middleweight titan, Jared Cannonier against rising star Caio Borralho. The main event promises fireworks but that’s not the only fight that has the MMA sphere buzzing with excitement.
The event will also feature featherweight and middleweight clashes to determine the winner of TUF (The Ultimate Fighter) 32. UFC Vegas 96 main card: Middleweight matchup between Jared Cannonier and Caio Borralho

UFC Vegas 96 or UFC Fight Night: Cannonier vs Borralho will go down on Saturday, August 24. The prelims kick off exclusively on ESPN+ at 4 PM PT/ 7 PM ET. The main card will then be aired on ESPN and ESPN+ at 7PM PT/ 10 PM ET.
The five-round main event will see no. 5 ranked middleweight Jared Cannonier take on the no. 12 ranked, Caio Borralho. Cannonier, a former 185 lbs. title contender is looking to bounce back from his TKO loss to Nassourdine Imavov that happened back in June at UFC on ESPN 57. The middleweight veteran, who once held victory over former champion Sean Strickland, now finds himself at a crossroads.
Standing across the Octagon from him will be Caio Borralho, a Brazilian fighter who has been on a tear through the middleweight division recently. ‘The Natural’ is currently undefeated in the UFC and is coming off a spectacular win against Paul Craig at UFC 301. How did the fight end? With a vicious KO in the second round by ‘The Natural’ in his home country. Borralho now finds himself within striking distance of the Top 10.

Co-main event and other fights to light up the UFC Apex
In the co-main event of UFC Vegas 96, ranked strawweights Angela Hill and Tabatha Ricci step into the cage for a battle that could redefine the pecking order in the 115-pound division. Hill is riding a two-fight winning streak, is on the cusp of making history as only the second woman in UFC history to reach 25 appearances inside the Octagon.
Meanwhile her opponent, Tabatha Ricci, looks to continue her momentum from her last outing when she won a split decision over Tecia Pennington at UFC on ESPN 56. The Brazilian grappling expert is aiming to continue her rise and break into the Top 10 with a win over the veteran, ‘Overkill’.
