The Ultimate Fighting Championship is back in action this weekend with some exciting matchups for fight fans to enjoy. UFC Vegas 42 will be held at the UFC Apex arena in Vegas on the 13th of November. The fight night will be headlined by Max Holloway vs Yair Rodriguez in a featherweight fight.
Holloway is returning to the octagon after one hell of a performance against Calvin Kattar at UFC on ABC earlier this year. His opponent Yair Rodriguez is stepping back in the octagon after a long layoff as he last secured a victory over Jeremy Stephens in October of 2019.
However, Holloway vs Rodriguez isn’t going to be the only exciting bout that we’ll get to see in the UFC Apex Arena in Las Vegas. Welterweight fighters Miguel Baeza and Khaos Williams will also be featured on the main card.

The American fighter Miguel Baeza currently holds an impressive record of 10 wins and just 1 loss in his professional fighting career. He landed his contract in the UFC after his eye-opening performance on Dana White’s Contender Series 18 back in 2019. ‘Caramel Thunder’ has also won Two Performance of the Night awards for his fights against Takashi Sato and Matt Brown.
“The OxFighter”,Khaos Williams also holds an impressive professional fight record of 12 wins and 2 losses. Prior to his career at the UFC, Williams won the Total Warrior Combat Super Lightweight Championship title. He made his first-ever appearance in the UFC last year when faced the Former Legacy FC Welterweight Champion, Alex Morono, and won the fight following an impressive first-round knockout.
Both fighters will look to make their run at the UFC strap and try to start a winning streak for themselves at UFC Vegas 42.
Miguel Baeza vs. Khaos Williams Prediction
We can expect a very competitive bout from the two fighters this weekend. Baeza, as well as Khaos Williams, are very efficient strikers. Miguel Baeza has won seven out of his ten career fights, following a knockout, and the other three by a decision.
Khaos Williams does also pack a significant punch, and is extremely deadly when it comes to using his feet. But when it comes to who has a better jaw, Miguel Baeza does have a slight advantage over Williams, judging from his previous fights.

Furthermore, in the grappling as well, Miguel Baeza seems to be more efficient than Khaos Williams. Baeza’s takedown ability is great and so is his defense. Williams has not displayed his takedown skills in the UFC as yet. He has never been taken down in his time at the UFC, and neither has he taken anyone down.
Miguel Baeza seems to be the favorite in the fight, owing to a better grappling ability, his excellent finishing ability, and also his durable chin.
