The 28-year-old Aldrich is 5 years younger to her 33-year-old opponent. But the recent trend of older fighters getting the better of younger prospects in the women’s roster may creep into this matchup as well.

Casey is a complete fighter with 3 T/KOs and 4 submission finishes in her resume. Aldrich is a decent stand-up fighter. But Casey’s overall arsenal should be enough to grind out a unanimous decision in her favor.

Final Prediction: Cortney Casey by unanimous decision.

Gloria De Paula vs Jinh Yu Frey

The 25-year-old Gloria De Paula will butt heads with the 35-year-old Yu Frey in a strawweight clash soon enough. Dana White’s Contender Series alumnus, De Paula, is looking to make her promotional debut against Frey.

The former Invicta FC fighter, Frey, has lost both her fights in the UFC to the likes of Kay Hansen and Konklak Suphisara.

The Brazilian has a professional record of 5-2 with 3 of those wins coming by way of T/KO. Yu Frey’s record, on the other hand, stands at 9-6. She has 1 T/KO and 2 submission wins under her belt.

The younger fighter De Paula seems to be more skillful than her opponent. She should be able to grind out a decision in her favor.

Final Prediction: Gloria De Paula by decision

Matthew Semelsberger vs Jason Witt
