Fans show their disgust at Conor McGregor’s coach as he was seen subtly ‘promoting’ the Irishman’s whisky brand as teammate Johnny Walker was giving an update on his health after his recent loss.

UFC fan-favorite Johnny Walker suffered one of the most brutal and not to mention embarrassing KO of his professional career via Jamahal Hill at UFC Vegas 48. This was Walker’s fourth loss in his last five outings. And fans were more than disappointed at his performance.

However, there was something else that caught the fans’ attention, his coach John Kavanagh.

Walker, in a video, showed his injuries after his loss. He said, “What’s up, guys? I’m okay. Just a little cut here. I sleep on the fight, so something happen wrong.”

Whereas SB gym owner John Kavanagh could be seen in the same video munching on pizza and raising a toast with a bottle of Proper 12, Conor McGregor’s liquor brand.

UFC fans did not like the idea of Kavanagh promoting McGregor’s whiskey while Walker was addressing his fans, especially while they were at the losing end.

Fans angry at John Kavanagh while Johnny Walker Grieves

The community was particularly unhappy as the most high-profile fighters that Kavanagh coaches have been unable to deliver in the octagon. Hence, the onus was left on Kavanagh. “Kavanaugh isn’t even concerned, he just wants his Proper Twelve 😂,” a fan commented.
