Conor McGregor is arguably the most entertaining fighter in the promotion. The Irishman is a polarizing figure responsible for drawing a lot of attention to the sport. Recently, fans reacted to a new picture McGregor posted and took shots at UFC fighter Jorge Masvidal while doing so.

McGregor posted a new picture of himself on his Twitter. This photo was taken at McGregor’s birthday party, which took place on July 14th. ‘Mystic Mac’ turned 34 this year and was surrounded by his friends and family in the picture. In the picture, McGregor wore a gold chain with a matching golden watch.

McGregor showed off his bulked-up physique in the picture while also wearing black and gold shorts. Although this looks normal to most people, some MMA fans couldn’t help but compare Masvidal with McGregor.

Fans reacted to the picture of “The Notorious” and took this opportunity to take shots at Masvidal on Twitter.

One fan wrote, “Conor is who Jorge Masvidal thinks he is.”

What’s next for Conor McGregor?

Conor McGregor has been out of action ever since his trilogy fight against his rival, Dustin Poirier.

He has already undergone surgery for the injury he sustained in that fight and will look forward to returning to the octagon. During his time away from the octagon, McGregor has bulked up and put on a good amount of lean muscle mass.

This means that he will probably move up a weight class for his next fight. As for the opponent, McGregor has made a long list of enemies in the welterweight division. Lots of names pop up – Nate Diaz, Kamaru Usman, Jorge Masvidal, Colby Covington, etc.

Although these names have been thrown around for a while now, the UFC has confirmed nothing. We will have to wait and see what Dana White decides is the best route for McGregor’s return. As for when the Irishman would return, his coach, John Kavanagh, stated that we could see McGregor enter the octagon before the end of this year.
