The judge has granted Cain Velasquez a $1 million bail after spending 8 months in jail. The former UFC champion was behind the bar since February of this year.

They reportedly convicted Velasquez for an attempted murder case. Furthermore, 10 other gun-related charges were against him. All these charges came about after Harry Goulart, the alleged target for the shooting, sued Velasquez for doing so. Velasquez, in his defense, stated that the reason for his actions was that Goulart had allegedly endangered Velasquez’s 4-year-old son’s wellbeing while he was attending a child-care center run by Goularte’s mother, Patricia Goularte.
