After a hiatus of two months, UFC commentator Joe Rogan has now returned to his commentating duties. After what looked like an eternity for the fans, the color commentator will take his seat at the commentator’s table at UFC 281. The upcoming exciting ninth-numbered event of the UFC is generating traction among the fans. Further, the news of the famed TV presenter has added to the fan’s exhilaration.

Notably, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ host was absent from the commentator’s desk during Abu Dhabi’s UFC 280 card.
Joe Rogan marks his return as a cage-side commentator
The reported announced broadcasting team includes all the usual leading names. The leadman Jon Anik will reign the commentating duties. In addition, the UFC Hall of Famer Daniel Cormier, and Joe Rogan, will assist with the same.

The famous podcaster last assumed his commentating duties at UFC’s September numbered event, 279, in T-Mobile Arena. However, what came as a disappointment to the fans, Rogan didn’t feature on the Abu Dhabi card due to his contractual stipulations.
Significantly, the 55-year-old commentator’s contract doesn’t allow him to commentate UFC events outside the American subcontinent.
The broadcast team for UFC 281
The noted announcer, Bruce Buffer, will once assume his Octagon announcement duties. The announcer will introduce the fighters before the fight as well as announce the results.
Further, the longtime UFC reporter Megan Olivi will take up backstage pre- and post-fight interviews. Also, she will be providing the audience with added real-time updates.

Jon Anik will double up his duties as the cage-side commentator as well as share hosting duties on the post-fight show. The broadcast veteran Brian Custer will also join Anik as a host.

The retired UFC fighter, Paul Felder, and light heavyweight fighter, Anthony Smith, will join the team as desk analysts. Further, they will provide the viewers with valuable data inputs. Additionally, Teddy Atlas will also join the post-fight show as an analyst.
UFC 281 will take place at one of the world’s biggest stages, Madison Square Garden in New York on Nov. 12. The card features the middleweight title fight in the main event, as the reigning champion Israel Adesanya faces his boogeyman, Alex Pereira.

In addition, the strawweight title will be at stake as Carla Esparza defends her title against the former champion, Zhang Weili. The card also promises carnage between the lightweight fighters. Dustin Poirier and Michael Chandler.
