Dana White took to his social media and gave us an insight regarding his fasting. Fasting for 86 hours is no mean feat but the UFC boss had help. Gary Brecka, the man who seemingly saved White from having just 10 years left to live, also advised him on his fasting. The 54-year-old broke down the process and explained its many benefits. His revelations impressed many, but not Gray Maynard,
Maynard, on his X (Twitter) account, accused White of being a hypocrite. His reasons were other contradicting promotions that White has done before and is doing presently.
The 44-year-old wrote, “So now promoting fasting and health. While also promoting “F*ck it Friday”, gambling, brain damage, and numerous other dopamine dump addictions. Throw sh*t at all and see what sticks.”

Maynard’s references are to White’s gambling practices and his weekly ‘F*ck It Friday’ social media posts. Additionally, the ‘brain damage’ is a reference to his Power Slap venture.
But how did things turn so sour between the UFC legend and his former employer? Well, the answer to that question dates all the way back to August 2022.
