Per Reports, the UFC has added a welterweight bout to the UFC Fight Night 192 event which will take place in October. Alex Oliveira and Niko Price will clash inside the cage.

However, the promotion is yet to make an official announcement. Meanwhile, MMA Junkie broke out the news on their official Twitter page. The UFC Fight Night will take place at UFC Apex in Las Vegas on 2nd October.

Both the fighters are on a two match skid and will look to return to the win column. ‘Cowboy’ was on a two fight win streak before he lost to Shavkat Rakhmonov and Randy Brown.

Meanwhile, the American fighter recently lost to Michel Pereira at UFC 264: Poirier vs McGregor 3. However, ‘The Hybrid’ will try to get back into the win column after his back-to-back losses. Price also announced about his new contract to his fans and has promised to entertain them.

UFC Signs a New Contract With Niko Price

The welterweight fighter, Niko Price, signed a new contract with the promotion. Price, with a record of  (14-5) under his name, has a decent career in the UFC. The latter is a knockout artist with ten TKO wins on his resume.

However, the American has had ups and down in his career lately. The latter is on a two fight skid. However, ‘The Hybrid’ hopes to return to the win column after he signed a new contract with the UFC.

Price posted the news on his official Twitter account saying, “Me vs Olivera October 2nd!!! Also signed a new contract baby!”

He added, “You guys get at least 4 more fights outta me and I’ll make them all entertaining! Thank you to the @danawhite @seanshelby @ufc for the opportunity. #glorytogod #ufc #newcontract”

After facing two consecutive losses in both his previous fights, ‘The Hybrid’ promises his fans to entertain them in his next fight. However, it would excite to see what he brings next to the table.
