Is Jamahal Hill's reaction justified, or is he just bitter about his past defeat to Pereira?

The highly anticipated UFC 307 event has finally come to an end, and Alex Pereira once again proved why he is the best. In his third title defense of the year ‘Poatan’ looked like a completely different fighter. The Brazilian worked Rountree Jr. in the first three rounds and finally ended the fight in the fourth. This was Pereira’s third title defense in the year, and for the first time, he had to work for his victory.

Rountree Jr. was unbeaten in his last five fights with four victories coming via knockout. ‘The War Horse’ showed immense heart in the fight and landed some brutal shots in the clash. However, he eventually got gased out in the final stages after Pereira started landing those brutal leg kicks consistently. Referee Marc Goddard had to finally intervene and stop the fight after the champion started unleashing on the challenger with some heavy shots.

The fans enjoyed the fight and showed their appreciation for the champion after the fight was over. However, Pereira’s former opponent, Jamahal Hill, seemed to be a bit bored with how everything ended. Hill was scheduled to take on ‘The War Horse’ at UFC 303, but the #8 ranked fighter was banned before the fight. It seems he expected the fight to end a bit sooner, but unfortunately for him, the online fans didn’t quite like his gesture and shared their opinion on the whole.
