UFC 297 is just around the corner, and tempers are flying all around for the champion. Mixed Martial Arts reporter Alexander K. Lee was at the receiving end this time. Strickland appeared at the media obligations ahead of UFC 297 and lost his temper once again.

This time round he when asked questions about his previous comments on gay and transgender communities. Although the reporter received a lot of slack from the champion, he recently took to his Twitter and shared a heartfelt message.

He shared: “Have received so many amazing and positive messages since yesterday’s media day. I am grateful. Most importantly, I’ve heard from people in the LGBQT+ communities who don’t have a platform to share their thoughts & concerns. These are the voices we need to listen to & amplify.”

‘Tarzan’ is known to have a bit of a temper, as evident at the UFC 296 main event. Strickland launched an attack on his next opponent, Dricus Du Plessis while sitting on the sidelines after the latter mocked the champion for his childhood trauma. While none of the fighters got severely injured during the face-off, things will be entirely different when they take center stage.
