Joe Rogan has finally been toppled. The podcasting pioneer has been hogging the top position in the UK Spotify’s Top podcasts. This week though he has been replaced by YouTuber WillNe and his podcast TWOTI, an abbreviation for This Week on The Internet. This is not the first time Rogan’s podcast has slipped from the top. Meghan Markle’s ‘Archetypes’ had made it to the top previously. ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’ became an exclusive for Spotify in a $200 million deal. The deal helped Spotify acquire a huge influx of new users. It remains to be seen how long TWOTI can hold the top spot.
