Conor McGregor made a grand entrance at the New York City premiere of “Road House,” flaunting his extravagant attire and accessories. In a video shared by Championship Rounds on X, it was revealed that “Conor McGregor met the “how much your fit cost guy” and here’s how the exchange went.

McGregor introduced himself as, “The Notorious Conor McGregor, actor, fighter, entrepreneur, booze baron, and father.” When asked about his suit and handkerchief pairing, ‘The Notorious’ stated, “The handkerchief is solid gold, the pinstripe is gold, all in I’m about $75,000 in the suit. It’s an August-McGregor special and the pinstripe is 18-karat gold. We had to do it big for Hollywood.”

His watch was also pointed out in the video, to which McGregor responded by revealing that, “The watch is around $600,000 it’s a Jacob & Co., Jacob the jeweler watch, it’s a Godfather watch…” He also pointed out a unique function of the timepiece that features Marlon Brando in his role as Don Corleone as it also plays the Godfather theme song with the press of a button!

The Irishman was also wearing a ring that he revealed to be, “The ring is around a proper 12 G, it’s my public house, the Black Forge Inn, my own Road House and it’s wrapped in baguettes, and it’s solid gold as well”

Last but not least, completing his look with Tom Ford shoes worth $5,000, McGregor exuded confidence and luxury at the event. The MMA star also took to social media and shared photos of his opulent attire, showcasing his 18-karat gold pinstripe and Jacob & Co. “Opera Godfather” watch.

With a total value of around $692,000, based on the figures revealed by McGregor, the outfit highlights his commitment to making a memorable impression in the realm of Hollywood and beyond.

And during another interview at the premier, ‘The Notorious’ also made an interesting revelation about a source of inspiration that led to his performance in ‘Road House’.

McGregor reveals he took on ‘Road House’ role to “represent my sport and my art”

Conor McGregor expressed that actress Meryl Streep’s criticism of mixed martial arts (MMA) in 2017 fueled his determination to excel in his acting debut. During a 2017 speech at The Golden Globes Awards, Streep had drawn criticism from the combat sports world for claiming, “Hollywood is crawling with outsiders and foreigners and if we kick them all out, you’ll have nothing to watch but football and mixed martial arts, which are not the arts.”

As such, speaking to The Hollywood Reporter at the ‘Road House’ premier, McGregor shared his defense of the sport that has led him to become one of the most recognizable athletes on the planet.

He stated, “It’s not for somebody to make a mistake; it’s real artistry for those who do what we do, so I came in (to filming Road House) with maybe a little chip on my shoulder and wanting to represent my sport and my art, give my best in this arena.”

McGregor’s words underscore his passion for his craft and his desire to challenge perceptions, both in the realm of entertainment and beyond, and with the release of ‘Road House’ he has found another avenue to take his stardom to new heights!
