The fans were treated to a rare sight with the Australian trash-talking with coach Javier Mendez and co. while grappling with the Dagestani fighter. The fans have reacted to a post on the internet captioned, “Volk was on one last night”.

Furthermore, he revealed that he heard rumors, “I’m hearing that he [Makhachev] was saying, I heard, we spoke, could be wrong that he was going back to his corner saying he wants a rematch. Because he thought he lost. So. That’s funny. I’m gonna jump on that. Rematch”.
