Ortiz was recently spotted at a regional mixed martial arts event, wherein he had to deliver a speech following the event’s conclusion. The speech garnered quite a bit of applause from the fans. However, the ending did nothing but troll the former MMA champ. Ortiz decided to end his time with the microphone with a stylish mic drop. Unfortunately, the act was everything but stylish. As he threw the microphone, it flew and hit him in the forehead in a hilarious fail.
The moment was captured on camera and uploaded on X by a user named Borrachinha Depot. Without wasting a single moment, White decided to pounce on his nemesis. He swooped into the comments section and wrote, “THATS MY BOY!!!!!!!!!!!” Despite the hilarious failure, the former Mayor Pro Tempore of Huntington Beach maintained his stoic appearance, before exiting the stage.

As soon as that happened, Ortiz, who was then the light heavyweight champion, demanded more prize money than what he had previously promised. This turned into a dispute, and later into a feud that still thrives.
