Rogan also talks about physical and mental health in detail on his podcast. Because of his strong health and fitness knowledge, many like to listen to his podcast. However, not too long ago, his JRE was in the deep waters. It seems the troubled waters are not a thing of the past because there’s yet another misinformation issue at hand.

Rogan has never been the one who promotes fitness supplements on his podcast. Rogan has always been a believer in natural foods. That is why, when users on TikTok found Rogan talking about a libido-boosting supplement, the video went viral.

All did not look right with the video where Rogan was promoting a supplement called Alpha Grind. In the video, Rogan and the guest at his podcast, Dr. Andrew Huberman, can be heard talking about the benefits of using this product. The video was later found to be fake after its deeper inspection.

Someone had created a Deepfake video and used AI to create Rogan’s voice. Whoever created the video edited it smartly and viewers did not expect it to be fake at the first view.

The video went viral instantly on TikTok and also received more than 5 million views.

The aftermath of Rogan’s fictitious video

TikTok deleted the video after it gained popularity. An account named @mikesmithtrainer posted this video, and even the account is not accessible now. According to the Mashable article, A TikTok spokesperson confirmed that the company has “removed these videos under our harmful misinformation policy”.

Dr. Andrew Huberman has also replied to a tweet about this issue. “They created a false conversation. We never had. We were talking about something very different”, Dr. Huberman said.
