Conor McGregor is one of the most entertaining personalities, not only in the UFC but in general. The Irish fighter has put on some of the most entertaining fights and press conferences, which cannot be compared to any other.
The former two-division champion won his first title after he thrashed the former champion, Jose Aldo, at UFC 194.
In the buildup to their bout, Conor McGregor appeared in the press conference in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, and was booed off by Aldo fans. However, this didn’t shake the confidence of the young Irishman. He went on to say one of the most iconic lines in MMA history.

He said, “I own this town. I own Rio de Janeiro. I’m sitting up here with my feet on the desk. What’s anyone up there gonna do about it? Not any one of you’s going to do anything about it.”
“The McGregor name, my family’s motto ‘S Rioghal Mo Dhream’, that means royal is in my blood. And that goes way back. So for him to say that he is the king and I am the joker, if this was a different time, I would invade his favela on horseback and would kill anyone who wasn’t fit to work. But we’re in a new time, so I’ll whoop his a*s ,” he added.
