In a recent development, the UFC has just suffered a massive loss in an antitrust lawsuit. Damon Martin recently took to his X account (formerly Twitter) to provide details of the entire event. Earlier, UFC fighters had filed the suit claiming that the company had underpaid them. According to reports, the UFC had used long-term, exclusive contracts to substantially delay and prevent free-agency, and had allegedly coerced fighters into re-signing deals.

The class action lawsuit had claimed that the promotion underpays a few sections of the fighters. However, with the settlement, it now seems that the fighters will finally receive their dues.
