How did the fight at UFC 284 pan out?
The 27-year-old Brazilian started off strong and put the pressure initially. Team Nogueira representative brought explosive leg kicks early in the fight, which his opponent had no response to.
Following this smart and effective use of the leg kicks, ‘KR’ pushed his opponent to the cage. While his opponent tried to maintain the distance, the 8-2 record holder hit him with the usual spinning move.
Subsequently, he plumed Ross with a barrage of punches and the referee stopped the fight at 59 seconds of the first round. Thus, Rodrigues got his hand raised and return to the win column.
