Joe Rogan explained the social media stigma around perfect bodies

The podcaster spoke about the controversial topic for some time with guest Howie Mandel at JRE #1971. The UFC commentator added that there is a social media stigma that exists around ‘perfect bodies’. Rogan also explained that girls are the victims of such a stigma.
The UFC commentator added, “There is a direct correlation between the invention of social media and all these, particularly to girls. Like girls in particular are judging themselves based on how other girls look online. Whether they are using filters. They’re distorting the proportions of their bodies. They don’t really look like that they look better”.
The controversial podcaster also added what he teaches his three daughters, Kayja Rose Rogan, Lola Rogan, and Rosy Rogan.
Joe Rogan says communication is key while teaching about the social media stigma

Howie Mandel asked the podcast host how he deals with these stigmas since he has three daughters of his own. Rogan added, “It’s hard. You gotta communicate with them. Explain to them what’s happening and at least they’ll understand what this is and also let them know that there is a natural inclination that we have to judge ourselves on other people’s lives”.
Lastly, Rogan concluded that by giving an example of billionaires. The podcaster said that hypothetically there would be a billionaire that is upset because another billionaire would have a bigger yacht and jet than them. He said further, “Like everybody has caught up in this weird thing of you know wanting validation”.
