Israel Adesanya is one of the most trending names in the realm of MMA today. The middleweight champion proved his worth as an elite fighter after the recent UFC 287 victory. Adesanya defeated arch-nemesis Alex Pereira in one of the most anticipated UFC fights of the year.

Pereira had earlier defeated Adesanya at UFC 281 to shock the world and become the UFC Middleweight champ. However, Adesanya was finally able to settle the score at UFC 287 after a spectacular 2nd round KO. One of the biggest highlights of the fight was Stylebender’s post-fight celebration.

As soon as Adesanya knocked Pereira out, he did the now-iconic bow and arrow celebration in front of him. This was not it, as Adesanya then looked at Pereira’s kids, who were in the crowd, and mocked them by mimicking their father’s knockout. Recently on his YouTube channel, Adesanya revealed how Poatan’s sister reacted to this.

Pereira’s two sons were in the crowd with his sister. According to Adesanya, Poatan’s sister was shielding his sons because their emotions got the better of them, and they started crying. However, this did not stop Stylebender from mocking Pereira’s sons with his celebration.

And again, I don’t react, I respond.” It is worth noting that Periera’s elder son had also done the same thing when Pereira had KO’d Adesanya in their 2nd kickboxing fight.

This was the fourth time that the two fighters faced each other. Poatan and Stylebender had earlier faced each other twice in the Glory Kickboxing promotion. Pereira had won both of those fights. Then, the two faced each other at UFC 281, where Pereira won for the third time.
