Jon Jones has been making headlines ever since he decided to come back to the UFC octagon after a hiatus of three long years. Jones came to the sport and destroyed his opponent, Ciryl Gane, within two minutes and four seconds of the very first sound via guillotine choke. After his glorious victory, the MMA world began to consider him the greatest fighter of all time.

Later, Jones called out the former heavyweight champion, Stipe Miocic, for his next bout. Several months later, a comment made by UFC commentator Joe Rogan led to a huge drama between ‘Bones’ and boxing star Tyson Fury. In his podcast, The Joe Rogan Experience, Rogan mentioned that if ‘The Gypsy King’ and ‘Bones’ are locked in a room, Fury won’t come out of the room.

The comment made by Rogan infuriated the boxer, and he ended up saying that Jones wouldn’t be able to defeat him. This led to the UFC heavyweight champion calling out Fury for a clash. Similar to Rogan, the fans also believe that if the two powerful athletes came face-to-face, it would be Jones who would win the bout. It’s not the first time Rogan believed in Jones. Nearly four years ago, Rogan mentioned the “phenomenal skills” of Jones with the legendary boxer Mike Tyson. Tyson agreed to the same.
