Relationship between Khabib Nurmagomedov and Javier Mendez
Javier Mendez has trained some of the biggest names in MMA history. The likes of Frank Shamrock, BJ Penn, Cain Velasquez, Daniel Cormier, Luke Rockhold, and Khabib Nurmagomedov have trained under him. He has produced champions but is also known to have a great relationship with his fighters.
This is not the first time both men have bantered around with each other. Nurmagomedov and Mendez, in the past, have been seen pulling each other’s legs.
