In one of his most recent posts, he shared a link to one article that claims Nick and Nate Diaz’s brawl was the wildest in MMA history.

Jorge Masvidal had a good laugh and aptly he captioned, “Sometimes… These things happen in #MMA 🤣”

The incident in question dates back to 2010 when Dan Henderson lost to Jake Shields at Strikeforce Nashville.

However, Shields’ post-fight interview was interrupted by Jason Miller. Miller followed up with a rematch request and asked, “Where’s my rematch, buddy?”

What’s more? Jake Shields was part of Cesar Gracie’s ‘Skrap Pack’ that includes the Diaz brothers and Gilbert Melendez. And this team didn’t take the interference lightly. Initially, both Gilbert Melendez and Shields pushed Miller away, and then Nick Diaz’s follow-up punch triggered the full-scale brawl.

Eventually, the referees and security came in and broke the brawl along with Dan Henderson’s team.

Nate Diaz gave a similar display to Tony Ferguson as he put a curtail on his UFC contract with a win at UFC 279. Notably, Nick Diaz engages in a usual style of boxing where his approach is throwing volume punches and trash-talking with the opponent.
