The middleweight title contender set down for an interview with Daniel Cormier, Laura Sanko, and John Gooden after his weigh-in. Extra pound kinda sucked.” It was clear that Strickland did not have much energy left after his weight cut. Subsequently, the broadcast members swiftly ended the interview to let the middleweight star get some rest. The sight of Strickland looking totally exhausted got the fans worried.
