UFC Heavyweight fighter Derrick Lewis is shedding some serious weight! In a recent viral tweet made by Terrance McKinney, fans spotted a drastically thin Lewis. The heavyweight fighter hasn’t shown us his performance in the octagon for a long time. His last fight was featured in UFC 277. Lewis lost two fights in a row in 2022. Both fights were only a few months apart. Since his last defeat, fans did not receive many updates from ‘The Black Beast’.

However, in McKinney’s recent tweet, he posted a photo of Lewis which has since gone viral. The tweet had the fans going crazy over the picture.

In the tweet, McKinney also wrote the caption “Derrick Lewis looks like he’s ready for Welterweight”. Although the 13-4 record holder was seemingly joking around with his fellow fighter, the transformation is indeed shocking! It’s pretty evident that Lewis is not preparing for a run in the Welterweight division.
