Joe Rogan has faced the wrath of the fans over coffee once again. Previously, the 56-year-old podcaster tried to stay off the caffeinated beverage. However, he failed miserably, with a hangover. He simply couldn’t make it past 5:30 pm without his cup of coffee. When he shared his experience on Instagram, the fight fans branded him a ‘coffee addict’. But this time, it was a different story.
On the set of his podcast, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’, the famed UFC color commentator slammed his producer, Jamie Vernon, over a cup of badly prepared French-pressed coffee. Apparently, the coffee Vernon made was a bit too watery. He said, “You know what, I’m suffering. Jaime, this coffee sucks. I don’t know what happened but you made it like, it’s literally like almost like water. Can we get some more? We’re gonna talk about it, we’ve caffeinated up. This is the worst coffee we’ve ever had. It’s like half-strength or something.”
Needless to say, Vernon is the backbone of Rogan’s podcast. In episode #2073 of the JRE, Rogan commended the man behind the JRE curtain for handling the jobs of three people. He recollected how he met Vernon at a comedy club and asked him if he could fix JRE’s audio quality.

Doubtlessly, Vernon greatly impressed the UFC color commentator with his skills with the soundtracks. However, he couldn’t do the same with his barista skills. With his coffee not strong enough, Rogan couldn’t control his snippiness and slammed Vernon.
The video footage recently found its way to Reddit and without a doubt, the fans took to the comments section and revealed their thoughts. Rogan slamming his producer despite him handling the three people’s workload had the fans infuriated. Here is what the fans had to say.

As soon as the JRE video crossed the threshold of Reddit, the fight fans took over the comments section and shared their views. One of the fans commented that Rogan was pretty rude and snippy to Vernon, quoting, “That was rude I thought…he seemed very snippy to Jamie. Sometimes he lashes out at him.” Meanwhile, another fan took the chance and reminded the fighting community of Rogan’s experiment of staying away from his morning coffee. The fan wrote, “He probably skipped his morning ice bath plus the lack of caffeine in his system made him extra irritated.” Furthermore, another fan claimed that it was indeed a slam at Vernon. The comment read, “Joe rogan slams and denounces Jamie’s coffee brewing expertise. That was a definitive slam.”
Some of the fans began wondering why Vernon was the one to bring coffee to the podcaster despite him having a different role. One fan wrote, “Holy s**t was that after the second attempt? Maybe joe should hire a barista instead of making his sound guy, google guy, fact checker also make his f***ing coffee.”
Another comment questioned if Vernon was an errand boy for JRE. The comment read, “I still don’t understand why Jamie is always getting coffee or water or ice or smelling salts or whatever else Joe needs. Do they not have a team of security guys or anybody outside that door that can grab that stuff and hand it to Jamie or Joe? Like why’s he always the errand boy.” “Why doesn’t he hire some dedicated assistant for this? Why make an audio visual engineer do this lmao,” read another fan’s comment.

A few fans pointed out that it was the coffee that was bad, not Vernon’s skills with the beverage. One fan wrote, “Jamie isn’t the problem. It’s that bullshit Black Rifle Coffee you are drinking.” Another fan suggested that Rogan should get himself a coffee machine instead of fussing over a French press. The fan wrote, “Bro, he’s super rich they can afford some nice coffee machine. Why fuss with a French press.”
It indeed seemed like the entire UFC world took up arms against Rogan and went in to support Young Jaime Vernon. What are your thoughts on Rogan’s coffee? Let us know in the comments down below.
