Former UFC featherweight Chad Mendes appeared in the latest interview with Cameron Hayes. Mendes spoke about the upcoming potential bout between his former rival Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler.
‘Money’ said, “Man. I’m really hoping that Mike can see a lot of his wrestling. Mike’s got great wrestling.” Furthermore, Mendes also had some advice for Chandler. He added, “Man I know the calf kicks have been worked really well against Conor lately.”
The former featherweight title contender also advised ‘Iron Mike’ to use more of his wrestling to get a better outcome against ‘The Notorious’.

Conor McGregor’s former rival picks out Chandler to beat the Irishman should they face each other. Mendes claimed, “I think he beats Conor. I’m curious to see what type of Conor we have. You know he’s been out for a long time.”
The American fighter said that McGregor is not training as he should. Furthermore, he also added that he has put on more weight. Lastly, Mendes said that Chandler on the other other hand has “great” cardio and claimed, “that could be bad for Conor.”
