Back in 2022, former UFC star Brendan Schaub was talking in the podcast The Lion’s Den with Mike Tyson and Friends. ‘Kid Dynamite’ was joined by UFC’s former two-division champion, Daniel Cormier, Schaub, and a few other guests. They discussed a lot of topics related to the sports world. One of the most important parts of their discussion was who was greater among Mike Tyson and Tyson Fury. The question asked to ‘Iron Mike’ was, “Mike Tyson in his prime vs Tyson Fury in his prime. Who wins?”
Before Mike could answer the question, Schaub interrupted Tyson and said, “Mike, before you answer, this is no disrespect but for me, technically-wise, Fury can go defence. His footwork is great. To me, as far as technique-wise, he is the best we’ve ever had.” Schaub who is also a friend of the UFC commentator, is known in the MMA world for his controversial opinions.
