While in the conversation at the EssentiallySports exclusive, our host, Noah Lack, asked Kennedy about his opinion on McGregor’s best weight class. Kennedy was swift to answer Lack’s question. He said, “I would say, as you get older, you know your body gets bigger. To put it simply, a lot of things happen from a biological perspective in sports. Like, you know, if you were to ask me what his perfect weight class is now, again, I allude to what I answered there about any weight class.”

He further added, “So, whatever weight class, I have always said it before because he is training, and he can go through whatever weight class he wants to go. You know, it would be nice to see him again at 155. I would have no problem seeing him at 170 either. Hell, he could even go to 185. That’s the type of skill set he has, that’s the type of man he is.”

Conor McGregor’s Nutritious daily routine for peak performance

Conor Mcgregor had revealed his secrets, which helped him stay firm and do massive transformations when required. While having a conversation with McGregor’s training and fitness app, ‘McGregor Fast’, he claimed that he follows a rigorous diet in order to stay fit. He added “Water. The first thing I would have in the morning is water. Then I’d stretch, and then I’d get my breakfast. Eggs, potatoes. Maybe some mushrooms? A green juice: a spinach and kale type of juice, or it could be like spinach on the side, then maybe like some fruit. A strawberry smoothie or, like, strawberries and, you know, maybe some watermelon or pineapple, and that would be a good-fueled breakfast. Fully fueled.”

He further added ” I’ll do breakfast, have a pre-workout on that, and then I usually would work out. Yeah. I would work out. I’d come home. Then I’d eat, you know, my lunch. Whatever that would be, maybe some rice dish, maybe a root veg. Maybe sweet potato mash and maybe some chicken or something like that, depending on what the next sessions… Pays off majorly.”
