Jon Jones has given us several iconic and controversial moments over the years but his latest Instagram reel? This one got the fans hyped and was enough to compete for the highlight reel position. It was right up there at first place with Bones recent Instagram live which was a pretty bizarre experience for the fans. But Jones never fails to surprise us with his shenanigans and keeps us entertained.

And mind you he sometimes does that with a gu- in hand. Yes, you saw that right. There have been many instances where he astonished the fans with his behavior beyond the cage including no gloves but had ammo in the scene. One such instance was back in December 2020 when Jones took to Instagram to share a peculiar post of him donning a military suit and a g– in a gym.

While Jones is known to be a firearm enthusiast and often shares clips of himself training and shooting, this was an odd one. On top of that, he also showed his dangerous side outside the Octagon when he chased a car thief with his licensed ammunition in hand. Thankfully he did not shoot the person and said on Instagram, “He was lucky I’m smart enough not to shoot a retreating man.”

However this time it was all fun and games as Jones uploaded a reel of practicing shooting in the dark in a controlled environment. He captioned the post saying, “Locked in under the night lights, putting in work with some good people. Sharpening skills, having fun, and leveling up. #pew”

The UFC star was wearing protective army gear and helmets with special high-tech night goggles to see the targets clearly in the dark. Clearly he not only shoots down his opponents inside the octagon but has the potential to do the same outside the cage as well–with a gu–. The fans immediately jumped into the comments section with their verdicts and guess what? They were not that nice.

Fans differ in opinion on the latest Jon Jones shooting footage

Jon Jones still has some fight left in him at 37 and has already defeated Stipe Miocic inside the Octagon. While fans wait for him to take the fight against Tom Aspinall, he is trying to show off his shooting skills and even dabbled into Hollywood. The latest video might just be a part of his latest acting debut in the French Netflix series ‘La Cage(as himself) earlier this year, and more is to come with Jones locked and loaded for a military mission in his latest project.

One follower wrote, “You need to be in an army movie.” Well, guess what? He already is! Jones has already shared photos and videos of him and his on-screen comrades in army gear breaching a construction withBoneslaunching a prop grenade and acting like a true soldier gunn–g down enemies in a new film titled “Edo’s Crossing”.

Another fan praised him saying, “Most dangerous alive, while one follower showed their disappointment writing, “Still ducking Aspinall button >>>>>>>” Jones is indeed ducking the fight against interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall while the latter is patiently waiting for his opportunity for a unification bout. Dana White has declared that this fight will100%happen but fans are waiting on the official announcement.

Another follower said on the same note, “Bros doing everything apart from fighting Aspinall,” while a fan chimed in, “You will do anything but fight Tom won’t you.” One follower was pretty harsh seemingly writing a comment wishing harm uponBones’. They wrote, “Hopefully a stray does the world good and catches you, bum. However, Jones was the bigger person (no heavyweight pun intended) and replied, “@b.whitehouse23 you sound like a hurt young man, I hope you feel better. Jesus loves you so much, keep the faith. This could be your best year ever.”
