Conor McGregor will be making his second appearance on ‘The Ultimate Fighter’ reality TV show. Meanwhile, his opposition coach Michael Chandler will debut on the show. Having appeared opposite ‘The Notorious’ in the 22nd season of TUF, Urijah Faber had some words of advice for Chandler as we approach the premiere of the show on May 30th.

Urijah Faber and Conor McGregor made some great TV moments during the 22nd season of the show. With constant jokes and jibes at each other, the pair never failed to entertain the UFC fans. The 22nd season of TUF is still seen as one of the best seasons of the show.

Faber handled himself well during his only appearance on TUF alongside Conor McGregor. He recently appeared in an interview with Jon Anik and asked him if he had any advice for Michael Chandler’s debut on the show. Faber said, “Chandler and I are pretty different guys, and they [Chandler and McGregor] are going to have a much different relationship than Conor and I.”

Urijah Faber has only one advice for ‘Iron’, and that is to be his authentic self. He added, “I would just give the same advice I give anybody – Be yourself and stand your ground and things will play out the way they do.”

Urijah Faber and Conor McGregor didn’t fight each other at the end of the 22nd season of TUF. It was due to the fact that both fighters were in different weight classes. But in Michael Chandler’s case, he will be fighting the Irishman after the show comes to an end. “I think they are going to be heated. They are actually fighting and they’re gonna have a lot of buildup,” said Faber.

Urijah Faber had a conversation with Conor McGregor

During the interview with Jon Anik, Urijah Faber revealed a conversation he had with the former double champion regarding the show. He said, “When I spoke to Conor about the situation, he said this season is different because he was coming off of his first big payday and his first world championship.”
