The ‘Notorious’ Conor McGregor previously challenged the former Manchester United defender, Paul McGrath, and the Irish comedian, PJ Gallagher, to a two versus one fight. However, the fans did not appreciate Mystic Mac’s bold move. Moreover, the heat between McGregor and McGrath turned up a notch as the former UFC champion unleashed a barrage of now-deleted tweets. Furthermore, supposedly in his uncontrollable rage, the former double champ banned McGrath from his pubs. Without a doubt, fans unleashed their bashing at the mixed martial artist over the decision.

Although the ‘Notorious’ challenged McGrath and Gallagher for a charity match, their age was what became a negative factor in the public’s eyes. McGregor has received a boatload of backlash from the fans after he issued the challenge.
Fans bash Conor McGregor for banning Paul McGrath
The internet has been heated up with McGregor going on and off about McGrath. In a couple of deleted tweets, he wrote, “McGrath backed PJ, said I was a bully. Yet I was attacked first. He then said I need God. McGrath isn’t even allowed in pubs in the area where he lives. My area, Dublin 12. He is barred from The Gate Bar pub. It’s just hypocritical all round. Will be leaving it behind shortly.”
However, the Irish fans did not receive this well. As ‘Sunday World’ shared the news on Facebook, the fans took over the comments section and bashed McGregor for his actions.
Here is what the people said:
- Go sit in the back room of one of those pubs and just be quiet
- Seriously making a show of himself now. Fs give it a rest
- Grow up — you clown
- He gets even more stupid by the day if that’s even possible
- Out of control mcgrevor
- He is despicable creature definitely something amiss with him
- He can’t get anymore ridiculous
- Omg very childish person for his age… grow up or u will have no pubs as people won’t go to them
- Looks like Conor is having a white Christmas early , regardless of the weather
- The worst thing you could do is give this fella your attention.
Paul McGrath’s advice for the ‘Notorious’
After getting air of the challenge, the 63-year-old TV presenter put forth a tweet for Gallagher. He wanted the comedian to pay no heed to bullies and not to let McGregor get the better of him. Furthermore, he said that everyone loves him.

However, McGregor did not like the response he got. McGrath wanted the ‘Mystic Mac’ to seek God. While many in the world of combat sports are unaware of the exact beef, they still look forward to the final outcome.
