Joe Rogan feels podcasting has made him aware
Explaining why he feels podcasting is beneficial for him, Rogan said,” It’s a cool way to talk to people. I don’t think people do that much talking to people like we do. I think it’s important for yourself. It’s important for how you understand people.” Explaining further how podcasting helps gather perspectives about different people.
He said, “Everybody I talk has a different style of communication, and everybody has a different life story, and everybody has different things they do for a living. Everybody has a different approach. I think I am just gathering data. Like all the time. I am so much more aware of things now than I ever was. When I first started doing this.”

Joe Rogan’s Spotify deal that made his podcast huge
Spotify entered a three and a year exclusive hosting rights deal with Joe Rogan in 2020. Spotify wanted to be the all-purpose audio streaming king. They were already ruling the music streaming domain. Spotify wanted to capture the podcast domain. Media houses initially reported the deal to be worth $100 Million. The real amount involved in the deal was later revealed to be $200 Million.
