A series of comments mentioned they wanted to pull punches in the Octagon and even feature as a referee.

  • they better let you throw a few punches for 112k
  • For $112,000 I better be able to be the referee
  • For 112k i better have a fight on the early prelims vs someone thatll dive so i win on tv lmao

Others believed the prices didn’t justify the quick fight they would witness.

  • 6 figures to watch bones jones dominate stipe.. I’ll watch at home
  • For a fight that’s gonna last 25 seconds
  • Just to watch bones choke him out in 2 rounds or less lol

Lastly, some responses pointed out the discrepancy in the fighters’ pay and the astronomical ticket prices.

  • So 4x the athletes annual salary?
  • Most of the fighters aren’t even gonna make that much that night lmao
  • You can set any price if you own a seat. That don’t mean someone is going to buy it lol. Done it before
