I promise you won’t believe what happened at RXF MMA. A TikTok star, Costica Prisecaru, who had an uncanny similarity with Tony Fergusson, sent the entire fighting community into shock with a bizarre walkout at Super Fight RXF48 All Stars on 11th December. The video of the walkout went viral pretty quickly and the fight fans began linking the Romanian act with ‘El Cucuy’. 

The walkout was dubbed “The WILDEST MMA walk-out of the year 2024, possibly ever in Romania.” Prisecaru entered the arena donning a fur coat with a cigar in his mouth, with PIMP by 50 Cent blaring out of the speakers. But what caught the netizens’ attention was him holding a leash with a young lady on the other end. Even more bizarre was the fact that she was walking on all fours, next to him. 

This bout, which was more of an act, placed Prisecaru against a woman named, Floricica Dansataorea. The entire act involved lewd scenes, ending with applause from the audience. At the end of the bout, Prisecaru said, “Thank you to the fans. The next match I will challenge Yny Sebi. I was not afraid of Floricica, we were both strong. It doesn’t matter that she was a woman, the match is the match.”

Nevertheless, the fight fans were quick to point out that the TikTok personality was Ferguson’s doppelganger. As soon as Fighting Lab shared the visuals on Instagram, the fighting community dropped to the comments section to express their thoughts. Let’s see what they had to say about the wild walkout.

Most of the fans didn’t like how the video proceeded. This truly didn’t stand well with the standards of MMA. A fan deemed the dancer-cum-singer “sick people.” Some people even claimed that it was nothing but “Disrespect” to the sport. One fan disappointedly pointed this out and wrote, “What are you doing? Is this how this sport supposed to show? Na na na na!” Meanwhile, some of the fans were still in utter disbelief. A comment went like, “🤔…what…what in the sweet jesus is this?”

Needless to say, the MMA fans couldn’t help but notice the obvious similarity to Tony Ferguson at first glance. One fan commented, “Ferguson from temu.” Another fan wrote, “Tony Ferguson’s Romanian cousin.” Well, there wasn’t a single fan who didn’t miss the action ‘El Cucuy’ brought into the Octagon. so one of them jokingly said, “Tony Ferguson come back walk out.” Some fans even thought that it was Colby Covington. A comment read, “Thought for sure it was Colby.” The UFC Tampa headliner star is known for making appearances alongside models for his promo skits.

While the show was evidently an act, the MMA realm didn’t back away from wondering about the outcome of the bout. Coming into the cage, Dansatoarea had odds of 2.15, while Prisecaru had only 1.55. It was indeed funny to note, but the fans thought, “I wonder how big he lost the fight.” Another fan wrote, “Bro wild asl 😂. Imagine losing after this.”
