Sonnen explained on his YouTube channel why Dos Anjos must have made such direct remarks in light of the unanticipated fight. Even the relationship that dos Anjos had with the eagerly awaited Conor McGregor was addressed.

He further stated, “But going into that fight which would have been him going into that RDA fight. His first time in that weight class he was believed by people he was too small and that is very common.”
Well, Sonnen also had some other thoughts, which he explained further. He said, “I would love for RDA to finish that thought. What is it that you have to do if RDA had won? RDA has certainly earned the right to an opinion. What does he mean by Michael Chandler doesn’t deserved to fight McGregor?”
