With a victory over Kevin Holland, Maddalena has tied for the top spot on the list of the longest active UFC win streak in the welterweight division. Who is he tied with? None other than Ian Garry. Jack Della Maddalena vs Shavkat Rakhmonov next?

There are no fights more entertaining than those where a winning streak is on the line. Now, it feels like we might witness such a fight soon, in UFC’s welterweight division. Just before his fight, Jack Della Maddalena decided to call the undefeated UFC fighter Shavkat Rakhmonov out.

“I think all will be a fun fight, I think Shavkat would be a good fight. I would like to test myself against him, I think I can beat him,” he said. Rakhmonov has never been defeated before, and holds a perfect record of 17-0. In the UFC, he is currently enjoying a 5-fight win streak.
