The ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl is literally everywhere! Hailey Welch became an internet star overnight through a viral video on Tim & Dee TV. As the viral phrase began circling around the netizens, big guns in the world of mixed martial arts had to react. And Joe Rogan too, was no exception. The famed UFC color commentator and his guest were left in a laughing spree as they talked about Welch’s appearance on Zach Bryan’s show.

Welch was pretty quick to rise to popularity. This also had Rogan intrigued, and he tried to guess how much she had earned through the video already. But first, let’s see what exactly extracted the laughs out of Rogan.

Joe Rogan goes into a laughing spree over the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl

In episode #2175 of The Joe Rogan Experience, the podcaster sat together with Sam Tallent, a fellow comedian and actor. As their conversation proceeded, the duo stumbled upon ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl. Zach Bryan was in Nashville on 29th June, for a concert. Yes! Nashville! The same city wherein Welch resides. The musician entertained the crowd at the Nissan Stadium. But the shocker came when the stage got ready to perform ‘Revival’. 

That was when Welch climbed up to the stage and sang alongside Bryan. When Rogan saw the act, he simply could not hold back his gags. After admitting that Welch was indeed a funny woman, he recounted the event as he kept on laughing.

Rogan said, “I just saw an interview with her. She, she got on stage at the Zack Bryan show, and she sang with him, you know. At the end, he sings Revival and has people come on stage and sing with them. It’s great f***ing show. He puts on an amazing show. So, he brought her out there, and she yells out, ‘Hawk tuah!’ to the whole crowd. They all cheer. [Bursts into laughter] Like who the f*** would have ever thought that would have happened!”

This also extracted a bit of glee from Tallent. With the rise in Welch’s popularity and the amount of views her videos were getting, she must be receiving hefty cheques as royalty. Well, that’s what the beloved JRE host seemed to think.

Rogan tries to guess Welch’s wealth 

Earlier on June 22, Rogan watched the live UFC fights on the JRE Fight Companion, beside his guests, Bryan Callen, Brendan Schaub, and Brian Simpson. Therein, one of the topics that the boys discussed was, of course, the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl. Back then, the real identity of Welch was unknown to most of the netizens. But Rogan put on his thinking cap and wondered how much cash Welch was making out of the viral video.

The JRE host voiced, “I wonder how much money she is making out of this. Hopefully, a lot. It is smart that she jumped right on it because you have to think it’s only been a few days. I know someone blew her up in June like 10 days, so it’s 10 days. There are a handful of other videos on Tim and D’s page featuring the ‘Hawk Tuah’ girl.”
