Hollywood is replete with some outstanding actors, one of whom was part of Joe Rogan‘s discussion in his recent podcast episode. In episode #2097, the UFC Color commentator praised the movie ‘The Color of Money’ (1986), especially its actress, Mary Elizabeth. Elizabeth, 65, played the role of Carmen in the movie and mesmerized everyone with her performance.

She was also nominated for the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role in the movie. Some of her works include ‘The Abyss’ (1989), ‘Robin Hood: Prince of Thieves’ (1991), and ‘The Perfect Storm’ (2000). But what exactly did Rogan say about her?

The 56-year-old recently hosted stand-up comic, actor, and the host of ‘Jeff Dye’s Friendship Podcast’ Jeff Dye on his show. During the nearly two-hour podcast, both Rogan and Dye discussed a variety of things, which also included Hollywood movies. Rogan pointed out a particular scene from the movie ‘The Color of Money’ and, while doing so, looked absolutely mesmerized by Mary Elizabeth.

He further gave an example of how good the actress was in the movie and said, “Have you seen the movie ‘The Color of Money?’ It’s Tom Cruise and Mary Elizabeth and she plays his girlfriend. She’s so f..ng hot. She is so young and hot… Oh, she was so hot back then… I think she’s still alive. But the point is she is an amazing actress too, and she played his girlfriend.”

“And she was talking to Paul Newman, and she had this chain around her neck. And Newman was like, ‘where did you get it?’ She was like ‘it came from Vincent (Tom Cruise’s character)’. It was Vincent’s mom’s.” Turns out Elizabeth’s character in the movie stole the necklace and was wearing Vincent’s mom’s necklace.

Apart from Tom Cruise and Elizabeth, Paul Newman, Helen Shaver, and John Turturro were also a part of the cast. While Rogan praised Elizabeth for her looks and her acting abilities, this was not the first time a Hollywood actress left him awestruck. When Rogan was stunned by a Marvel actress!

Joe Rogan hosted stand-up comic Stavros Halkias in the #2072 episode of his JRE podcast. During the conversation, Halkias and Rogan discussed the rise of Hollywood actresses lately. While the stand-up comedian failed to point out any specific actress, Rogan pointed out Scarlett Johansson. The UFC color commentator shared that the movie ‘Under the skin’ and how the ‘Black Widow’ actress impressed him.

He said, “But in that Scarlet Johansson movie, she plays an alien that kills people, an alien that kills guys. So she seduces these guys and kills them. It’s very interesting. Yeah, it is very original… very interesting movie.” He further praised the 39-year-old actress and emphasized that she was a combination of both beauty and brains. Rogan said, “She’s insanely hot. She’s hot in the intelligent hot woman.”
