The Austin resident is a keen observer of Hollywood and discusses movies and movie stars occasionally. The 56-year-old, in a recent episode of ‘The Joe Rogan Experience,’ praised the recent films of Hollywood and specifically applauded Marvel’s ‘Black Widow’ actress, Scarlett Johansson.
Rogan stated that there’s hardly anyone with the same charm and charisma as Johansson in Hollywood. But what did the 39-year-old do that earned her high praise from the UFC commentator?

Joe Rogan recently hosted the stand-up comic and host of the podcast “Stavvy’s World”, Stavros Halkias in episode #2072 of JRE. During the nearly three-hour-long conversation, the pair discussed Hollywood and the prominence of actresses in the entertainment sector.
Halkias explained that a woman with a femme fatale demeanor, coupled with a hint of aggressiveness, is what works in the modern era. The stand-up comedian struggled to name an actress who had the exact demeanor. That is when Rogan opined that Scarlet Johansson is an actress in Hollywood who could pull it off.
Rogan further gave an example of a movie in which she played the main lead. He talked about the movie ‘Under the Skin͏’ emphasizing that she acted tremendously in that film and that the movie itself was great, featuring a newer concept.“But in that Scarlet Johansson movie, she plays an alien that kills people, an alien that kills guys. So she seduces these guys and kills them. It’s very interesting. Yeah, it is very original… very interesting movie,” said Rogan.
Rogan further praised Johansson and emphasized that she was a combination of beauty and brains. “She’s insanely hot. She’s hot in the intelligent hot woman,” voiced Rogan. Interestingly, Johansson is not the only actress that got such high praise from Rogan. There is another actress who has received similar applause from the podcaster.

In the 1942nd instal͏lment of the ‘Joe Rogan Exper͏ience,’ Joe Rogan conversed with the acclaimed noveli͏st Mark Greaney, celebrated for his “Gray Man” series. While having a conversation about movies and comparison between actors, Rogan emphasized that Charlize Theron‘s talent was unmatched.
“…Charlize Theron’s like that. In ‘Monster’ oh my god, when she played Aileen Wuornos. She’s so fuckin hot. She’s hot as the sun and she gets fat and shaves her eyebrows off, and she looks like this psycho,” exclaimed the JRE host.
Additionally, he found Theron’s decision to abstain from using prosthetics in portraying the serial killer role particularly noteworthy, further enhancing his admiration for her commitment to her craft.
