Dricus Du Plessis may have had enough of Sean Strickland‘s comments. Does that mean he’s met his match? At the recent UFC presser, Strickland was going off on just about everyone. How could his own opponent dodge his rage?
Du Plessis and his coach Morne Visser are close. The two have often been seen celebrating victories with joyous celebrations that included hugs and kisses. This is what Strickland decided to take a dig at during the press conference. Here’s how it all went.

Sean Strickland acknowledged the fighting prowess of Du Plessis. However, he didn’t stop there. He had to bring up Du Plessis’ personal life and his coach. The two share a close but professional relationship, but perhaps Strickland wasn’t convinced of that at all.
“The only thing Dricus,” he said. “Is don’t let your coach grab your d*ck no more. . . I can’t handle this sh*t. Let’s just have a nice clean fight. No d*ck grabbing.” That set off Du Plessis too, who immediately retaliated by bringing up Strickland’s struggles with an abusive childhood.
“Bro, why are you so angry?” he started. “Bro you think your Dad beat the sh*t out of you? Your dad doesn’t have sh*t on me . . . every childhood memory you have is gonna come back when I’m in there with you.”
The two went back and forth with their insults and it got deeply personal. Strickland has also become more and more vocal while taking digs at other fighters. Now, he’s being subjected to harsh criticism too. Here’s what he had to say about Colby Covington during the same conference.

Colby Covington recently targeted his UFC 296 opponent Leon Edwards’ late father to try and get under the fighter’s skin. This did not please ‘Tarzan’ at all. He believed that disrespecting his father was a step in the wrong direction and Covington just went overboard.
“Colby is an utter piece of sh*t, let me explain what Colby is. If you know Colby on a personal level, he f*cked over everybody he f*cking knows . . . and him making fun of Leon’s dad, that is the biggest f*cking c*nt move you can do.” Strickland said.
